Refund Policy

Due to Beach for Dogs being a service oriented business all Training, Online Training Courses, Daycare, Boarding and Grooming sales are final. If you would like to cancel a service a credit for the unused portion will be credited to your account to use for any service offered. In the event that you have had a less than satisfactory service please alert the manager, or call 630-632-4979. No refunds will be given under any conditions. All sales are subject to the Beach for Dogs Master Agreement Contract.

Grooming Cancellation Policy

No-shows & Cancellations: No shows, last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice), or continual re-scheduling are subject to a FEE PER PET EQUAL TO 50% OF SERVICE VALUE, which will be added to your next appointment. You may reserve another appointment by credit card for a full groom and the no-show fee. We understand there are emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and your appointment time was reserved for you.
